How Billing Works:
Receive Care
You visit Family Urgent Care and receive medical services.
Insurance Claim Sent
We submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf.
(Processing may take up to 45 days).
Review Your EOB
Once processed, your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is sent to you and Family Urgent Care.
Payment Notice
If a balance is due, you will be notified via email.
Follow-Up Contact
You may also receive a phone call regarding the balance.
SMS Reminders
Text reminders may be sent if the balance remains unpaid.
Important: Unpaid patient balances may be sent to collections.
