Annie was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and had a great attitude. She was very knowledgeable and had all the answers for all of my questions.
Very pleasant place. Got me and my children right in when everyone else was overbooked and got us the treatment that we needed. Would highly recommend. Thanks for being a huge help to my family when we needed it the most!
The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I saw the nurse practitioner Eric. He was very thorough in his assessment. He explained what test he was ordering and the rationale for them and treatment options. He took time to review my imaging from my xray with me and explained it in simple terms. He also gave me a pain injection to alleviate the pain I was having. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Excellent patient care!
My family of four all went in on Sunday afternoon. We were greeted kindly, taken back quickly, and well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond for my husband, my two daughters and myself. I highly recommend this place.
I went in pretty nervous. I was uncomfortable and in pain. The nurse was so nice, then the NP came in, Eric, he was so calm and so gentle. I felt so much better when I left. He gave me a prescription and I had fantastic results within 24hrs. I definitely recommend this place.
Initial call to amazing Ema encouraged me to come in for services. I wanted a physical and TB. When i arrived Jamie was also amazing and very professional. I completely the adequate but short history and was seeing the awesome NP Annie!! I found out that modest Ema also places the TB test. Jaimie again exhibited EXCELLENT customer service for the TB reading done by Lisa also very Kind. Overall SUPER Great experience!! YES GO HERE!! Thanx Family urgent care!🤩🥰
Love this urgent care clinic. They attend to you quickly, and they get things done in a timely manner. The nurses and doctors are really nice and explain everything to you. I would highly recommend this clinic to others. I will definitely use this clinic again.
I highly recommend going here! The facility is bright and welcoming inside AND very clean. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The check in is very quick and easy, even for first time patients. And the best part is I was in and out of there within an hour. By far the fasted visit I’ve had at a clinic.
Dr. K shabojo was amazing! She made my experience a great one despise not feeling well. She is kind, passionate, caring and understanding. Very knowledge and quick. I would definitely recommend Family Urgent Care for her alone. I’m grateful to have chosen this place for my urgent need.
I’m naturally hesitant to go the doctor’s unless it’s really concerning. Im definitely glad I chose this place and they were actually open on labor day thank goodness. I called for an appointment in the morning, they set it up really quick. The waiting and exam rooms and staff were very nice. My doctor was very kind too and answered my questions thoroughly, would not hesitate to go back again for any medical concerns or appointments .
Everyone was AMAZING! We made an appointment online 20 minutes before we were seen. Staff was very polite and competent. When we met the doctor he was able to pull up out of state records for medicine and medical history for my elderly mother which allowed her visit to urgent care to be more complete and helpful than other clinics. I’m in the market for a new primary care doctor and I’ll be looking into them for that too!
