I love the fact that the clinic is well diverse. The providers communicate which helps me stay on track with my treatment and if they need assistance they are their for each other. I’m blessed to have such a wonderful team taking care of me and my family. So glad I made the choice to come here. The atmosphere is always welcoming and clean! Highly recommend, staff is super nice and helpful. Took my son there after going to the ER (which did absolutely nothing) and they were able to prescribe my son some meds to help him with his infection 😊

I had a wonderful experience at Family Urgent Care. Dr.Mahmood, Abdullah. And Maya were very helpful, prompt, and had good beside manners. I have come here on multiple occasions and I am always satisfied with the customer service.Additionally, wait times are low.

Everything was great, even with taking a 1 year old in to be seen. Not every urgent care handles young toddlers/babies well but this place was spot on. Maya was great with taking her swabs despite our daughter thrashing like a shark, and the doctor explain everything and was thorough with any questions we had as first time parents, first time at urgent care. First thing I noticed walking in was how clean it was, and it’s a smaller office so it felt like we were genuinely taken care of and not just a another patient they were trying to get in and out. Will definitely be a go to if necessary in the future!

I had the opportunity to visit Dr.Sajid Mahmood during my stay in Chicago,Despite being from Canada, I found his medical expertise to be top-notch. Doctor is a very knowledgeable doctor who truly takes the time to listen to his patients. His explanations are clear and thorough, making complex medical information easy to understand.What impressed me the most was Doctor dedication to making his patients feel comfortable. He has a warm and friendly demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. My today’s visit at this clinic was went very nice. Receptionist and other clinical staff was very helpful, clinic and the room was very clean. I will refer you all to go there.
These are the nicest and concerned staff that I have met in a while. They were respectful and patient. I was in and out of the office in 10_15 minutes.
It was my first time there and I got right in. The front desk girl, nurse, and Dr were sll very kind and helpful.

Except for the front desk, person who didn’t seem to have any of my insurance information or my co-pay information in check which was provided on my visit just a few days before all was good! Nurse practitioner was amazing. This was the second visit that I had had in just, four days because I was Covid positive and having a lot of symptoms. Once I had my visit, I felt very well cared for, very assured and comfortable.
scheduling my appointment online was super easy and the check-in was straight to the point “I’m here.” The staff were nice and treated me with care, and the NP I saw, Gina, was super nice and knowledgeable I had no doubt I will seek her care again in the future. Thank you!
Excellent service! Glad I came when I did and everyone from the admin staff to the physicians were amazing, awfully courteous during my visit! I learned a lot on this trip and will be my future stop for my next life mishap or sumac bush fiasco!

Easy to book a telemedicine appointment. Same day service. Short wait time. Video call was good quality both in picture and sound. Physician was understanding that it’s difficult to find dentists on Medicaid. Prescribed needed medications. Absolutely recommended.

6 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely wonderful stuff, professional service.Went in because my leg was numb, within one week it was found out that I have several disc problems in my back. However, all of this was found out by the urgent Care! Many people wait months and years to figure out the problem. And my problem wasn’t even in my back, I received the absolute best care then I am ever received it any one of my doctor’s offices.* I will definitely be a return customer, and have been a return customer since!They were able to set everything up for me, for the specialist the referral everything they were just absolutely wonderful, and wonderful service! Went in for an infection. The scheduling and paperwork was easy to do. The nurse practitioner who treated me was kind and treated my issue with ease in a quick and easy virtual appointment. They also take Medicaid for both virtual and in person visits.
Got in quickly and received good care. I will use again when needed.

I appreciate how soon there was availability (same day), and grateful they are close to my home. My visit was virtual with the FNP, and I was warned about this before being seen. At first I wasn’t too excited about a virtual visit, but I enjoyed the nurse/assistant Farina (in person). Her attention to detail and observation on what my problem was gave me comfort. She simply explained to me the health benefit mechanics of an item I purchased for my problem, and how it would help me for my solution. She gives off vibes of being a knowledgeable and experienced individual.Thank you Farina (sorry if I spell your name incorrectly).
