Very comforting and helpful staff!
Very quickly was seen by the nurse and doctor who were both friendly and thorough. My toddler got great care.

Everything was great, even with taking a 1 year old in to be seen. Not every urgent care handles young toddlers/babies well but this place was spot on. Maya was great with taking her swabs despite our daughter thrashing like a shark, and the doctor explain everything and was thorough with any questions we had as first time parents, first time at urgent care. First thing I noticed walking in was how clean it was, and it’s a smaller office so it felt like we were genuinely taken care of and not just a another patient they were trying to get in and out. Will definitely be a go to if necessary in the future!

I had the opportunity to visit Dr.Sajid Mahmood during my stay in Chicago,Despite being from Canada, I found his medical expertise to be top-notch. Doctor is a very knowledgeable doctor who truly takes the time to listen to his patients. His explanations are clear and thorough, making complex medical information easy to understand.What impressed me the most was Doctor dedication to making his patients feel comfortable. He has a warm and friendly demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. This is especially important for patients like me who may feel anxious about medical visits.I highly recommend Dr. Sajid Mahmood to anyone seeking quality medical care. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail make him an outstanding doctor. These are the nicest and concerned staff that I have met in a while. They were respectful and patient. I was in and out of the office in 10_15 minutes.
It was my first time there and I got right in. The front desk girl, nurse, and Dr were sll very kind and helpful.
Care team was attentive, informative and very pleasant!
Except for the front desk, person who didn’t seem to have any of my insurance information or my co-pay information in check which was provided on my visit just a few days before all was good! Nurse practitioner was amazing. This was the second visit that I had had in just, four days because I was Covid positive and having a lot of symptoms. Once I had my visit, I felt very well cared for, very assured and comfortable.
scheduling my appointment online was super easy and the check-in was straight to the point “I’m here.” The staff were nice and treated me with care, and the NP I saw, Gina, was super nice and knowledgeable I had no doubt I will seek her care again in the future. Thank you!
Excellent service! Glad I came when I did and everyone from the admin staff to the physicians were amazing, awfully courteous during my visit! I learned a lot on this trip and will be my future stop for my next life mishap or sumac bush fiasco!

Easy to book a telemedicine appointment. Same day service. Short wait time. Video call was good quality both in picture and sound. Physician was understanding that it’s difficult to find dentists on Medicaid. Prescribed needed medications. Absolutely recommended.

Even with these different options of care, Latonya will make sure her patient is comfortable and display the necessary value of care for her Patient’s concern, care and medical needs.I appreciate her and her assistant they were great. 6 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely wonderful stuff, professional service.Went in because my leg was numb, within one week it was found out that I have several disc problems in my back. However, all of this was found out by the urgent Care! Many people wait months and years to figure out the problem. And my problem wasn’t even in my back, I received the absolute best care then I am ever received it any one of my doctor’s offices.* I will definitely be a return customer, and have been a return customer since!They were able to set everything up for me, for the specialist the referral everything they were just absolutely wonderful, and wonderful service! Went in for an infection. The scheduling and paperwork was easy to do. The nurse practitioner who treated me was kind and treated my issue with ease in a quick and easy virtual appointment. They also take Medicaid for both virtual and in person visits.
Got in quickly and received good care. I will use again when needed.
Had been in pain for a whole day could barely walk, decided to do a virtual doctors appointment,she was patient she let me explain didn’t overstep or over talk,she not only prescribed me to meds but gave me paperwork to get a x-ray.Amazing

The doctor is very thorough with questions and his overall assessment and has a wonderful bedside manner. The nurse who helped me with paperwork, did my initial assessment and took my blood, was also very very kind and great at her craft! The facility was very clean and it was very easy to schedule online. I was very pleased with my experience and would and will recommend!
