It’s rare that I ever look forward to going to the doctor. However, I always know that I am in good hands and have precisely nothing to worry about when I come to Family Urgent Care. The location on Morse (Chicago) has become my primary urgent care location due to its proximity to my home, but more so because of the genuine care and thoughtful attention I receive whenever I come. I can’t see myself going to any other urgent care facility because of how safe and seen the care team makes me feel. This is the urgent care you want to go to, whenever you are in need. Shoutout to Nagcham, Sabrina, and PAs Simi and Nohra for their kindness and joy. I appreciate all that you do for this community!

I had a great experience at Family Urgent Care today. The entire process was incredibly fast, and the staff made everything straightforward and stress-free from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to the doctor's assistant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to Dr. Sheikh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. I was in and out in no time and I felt completely taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I need care. 10/10

Lets be honest, this place deserves 6 stars. Been going here for a few years now. Everytime I get the need to see a doctor I visit this Urgent Care. I've never felt so comfortable as when im with their caring staff. Professional, warm, informative and most of all genuine. Would recommend to all. Special shout out to Nagham and PA Nohra! I had a great experience at this Urgent Care Clinic when I visited with my parents. Mr.Abdullah was very helpful—he guided us through everything smoothly and scheduled the right appointment for us. He was very professional and made the whole process easy. Dr. Asrar was excellent—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We were so impressed with his care that we decided to choose him as our parents’ primary care physician. Overall, it was a really pleasant and reassuring experience. Highly recommend!

I want to thank the doctor Bakir Dzananovic, who took care of my children today, as well as all the staff at the clinic. The doctor was very quick, kind, and patient; he had no hesitation in getting close to my children to check what was wrong and performed all the necessary exams with great professionalism. The clinic staff was also very attentive, respectful, and efficient from the moment we arrived. You can tell that everyone works with dedication and care for their patients.
